Caddington Retirement Village
A new Net Zero retirement village with 82no apartments and communal areas, external hard landscaping.
We were brought on board to provide commercial support throughout the project.

Greville Street
The project consisted of a refurbishment and vertical extension to an office building including a two-storey CLT extension, finished in a new striking cladded façade. Located in the heart of Hatton Gardens conservation area with restrictive planning conditions and building constraints.
KJM involvement from early inception, working closely with the developer Seaforth Land. A collaborative relationship formed throughout the two-stage tender process. KJM were responsible for developing the tender/contract sum from stage 3 to stage 4/5 design/construction. Including the procurement of design subcontractor packages to achieve early cost reliability and certainty.
A BREEAM Excellent project which required alternative methods of construction to achieve Value for Money (VFM) and meet sustainable planning objectives . The scheme was completed in 2021 and was a candidate in the Better Future London Design Awards 2022.

Angel Shopping Centre
The project consisted of commercial refurbishment of a live shopping centre adjacent to a busy intersection in Islington, central London. KJM was brought on board following the insolvency of a preceding main contractor. Supporting the existing client design team and incumbent supply chain to minimise the impact and reduce project delays.
A challenging project which required close collaboration with RED Construction and CBRE Global Investors, providing full commercial support throughout the COVID-19 period through to the completion of all final accounts.

3 Shortlands
The refurbishment of a live commercial property located in the heart of Hammersmith. Working with RED Construction and the client Romulus, to provide necessary commercial support required to deliver and administer the the project through a JCT 1998 Traditional Contract.

RAL Space Integration and Test Facility Centre
A new state-of-the-art commercial and industrial research building for RAL Space is in the Harwell Science and Innovation Park.
KJM was brought on board from early inception for early supply chain procurement. KJM continued to provide on site commercial support throughout the project through to completion.
